By instructor
| Instructor | Predicted | Raw | n | Terms | A range |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| VARNEY, ROGER HALE | 3.60 | 3.59 | 87 | 2 | 76% |
| CAO, HAO | 3.89 | 3.96 | 45 | 1 | 96% |
| VELLI, MARCO CM | 3.62 | 3.60 | 44 | 1 | 66% |
“Predicted” is shrunk toward the course average, which is itself shrunk toward the department — so an instructor with a handful of students sits near the course mean rather than topping the list.
