Grades awarded Fall 2021 to Fall 2025, every instructor, shrunk toward the LGBTQS average. Shrunk toward the department average: a course taught once to a dozen students sits near the department mean, not at whatever those twelve happened to get. The figure is always shown, and "small sample" marks where it rests mostly on that prior.

A course with no letter grades has no average to report, which is not the same as a course that grades badly.
