ENGLISH COMPOSITION POLICY FOR ATTENDANCE AND LATE ENROLLMENT (ALL CLASSES): The department will cancel your enrollment in any English Composition class if you do not attend at least one of the first two class meetings. For English Composition 3 and all subsequent courses, students must satisfy the University of California Entry-Level Writing requirement before enrolling. For detailed information about the Entry-Level Writing requirement, see the UCLA General Catalog or https://www.wp.ucla.edu/undergraduate/undergraduate-writing-requirements/freshman/ . The Fall Quarter Informed Placement Process (IPP) will be given at a time and location to be determined. For more information, see https://www.wp.ucla.edu/placement/ipp/ . Enrollment is limited to graduating Business Economics majors by department consent. Other Business Economics majors should plan to enroll in their graduating term or during summer. Contact the Economics Undergraduate Counseling Office through MyUCLA Message Center for more information.
