The Psychology Department does not use PTE numbers. Instructors and the advising office do not provide PTE numbers for Psychology courses. Enrollment is limited to senior Cognitive Science majors on the priority and first enrollment passes. Junior departmental majors and pre-majors, Linguistics and Psychology and Neuroscience majors, and Gerontology and Neuroscience minors may enroll on the second pass. Any junior/senior may enroll beginning September 15, 2026, space permitting.
The limit applies to the earlier enrollment pass. Dibs still counts this class as one you can take, because it opens up, but on first pass it may not be yours yet. This class is also Cognitive Science, Psychobiology or Psychology Majors and Pre-Majors; Linguistics and Psychology Majors; Neuroscience Majors or Minors; or Gerontology Minors, and Juniors and Above, which the pass does not lift.
