Grades
Predicted GPA
Sign in to save watches and schedule boards. You can browse courses, seat readings and grade history without an account.
Put this class on a board
A board is one quarter you are drafting, so it needs an account to live in. Signing in brings you straight back to this page, with this class still in front of you.
What watching takes
Your setup, with any current hold shown beside the watch control.
An account
An alert needs an email address. You can browse courses and grade history without signing in.
Your year
Helps dibs interpret enrollment limits. Uncertain eligibility may still be included with a caveat.
When you can enroll
Set your appointment or acknowledge that an open seat may not be available to you yet.
A watch slot
25 per account. A lecture watch also covers its discussions. Paused watches still use a slot.
Before you can enroll
Registrar's Restrictions cell, read 28 hours ago: "Sophomores and Above".
Tell dibs what you have already taken and this line will say which of these you have. Your list.
From the registrar enrollment limit
The Psychology Department does not use PTE numbers. Instructors and the advising office do not provide PTE numbers for Psychology courses. Enrollment is limited to junior/senior departmental majors, Linguistics and Psychology majors, Neuroscience majors, and Cognitive Science pre-majors on the priority and first enrollment passes. Junior/senior departmental pre-majors and Neuroscience minors may enroll on the second pass. Any sophomore/junior/senior may enroll beginning September 15, 2026, space permitting. You must attend the discussion section in which you are enrolled.
This limit ends at an enrollment pass rather than on a date, and dibs does not hold the date second pass opens for Fall 2026, so it cannot say whether that pass has come. When it does, the registrar writes who may enroll then as “Junior/senior departmental pre-majors and Neuroscience minors may enroll on the second pass.” So dibs cannot tell whether this class is open to you today, and it is not counting it as one you can take: your enrollment appointment on MyUCLA is what settles it. This class is also Sophomores and Above, which the pass does not lift.

What students say
dibs measures outcomes: grades, seats, how fast it fills. For what the class is actually like to sit in, BruinWalk has the reviews.
What the work looks like
- 2 exams, 22 mentions in past reviews
- 6 quizzes, 8 mentions in past reviews
- 1 paper, 11 mentions in past reviews
- 8 problem sets, 8 mentions in past reviews
- 1 project, 1 mention in past reviews
Based on 152 reviews; source checked 6 days ago. dibs counts only what a review actually states, so a kind of work nobody mentioned is absent rather than zero.

Seats over time
Nothing read since 16 Oct, 5 hours ago. Over about 2 months before that, unchanged.
Both readings say 27 of 27.
A dot is a reading. Recorded enrollment counts match, so the line is flat across the whole window: it says when dibs looked rather than what changed. The last dot is the last time dibs read this section, moved or not, and that was 5 hours ago. It is the last thing dibs saw, not where the count is now.

How readings and alerts work
Dated seat counts can be available even when hourly check history is missing. Gaps do not show whether seats changed between observations.
Seat counts show the last successful read, not live availability. Refreshes can be delayed by request limits or upstream interruptions. Watched sections receive priority, but an hourly update for every section is not guaranteed.
The registrar can change a seat count between our checks. Alerts depend on dibs detecting an opening and completing delivery; a quiet watch does not prove that no seat opened. Check the registrar before enrolling.
Class chat
Nobody on dibs watches this class or has it on a plan yet. Nobody has posted yet.
Dis 1K shares one room with Lec 1 and every other discussion under it, because that is what a student means by "my class".
Reading a room needs no account. Posting does, and it is free.
