Sociology 102 through 191 are limited to Sociology pre-majors and majors on the priority and first enrollment passes. Non-majors may enroll during the second pass, space permitting.
The limit applies to the earlier enrollment pass. Dibs still counts this class as one you can take, because it opens up, but on first pass it may not be yours yet. This class is also Instructor Consent, which the pass does not lift.
