Course meets 8/25/26 - 10/29/26. Review Session: 10/29/26. Final Exam: In-Class Final Exam on 10/30/26. Course may not be appropriate for students with a background in accounting, but students are free to self-assess. Students who wish to waive out based on their background should contact Prof. Dorff at dorffm@law.ucla.edu with a brief description of their relevant education/experience.
