From the registrar limited to
For undergraduate studio courses, attendance at the first two class meetings is MANDATORY. Failure to attend the first two class meetings results in your being dropped from the course. Enrollment is limited to Art majors on the priority, first, and second enrollment passes. Non-majors interested in enrolling in lower-division Art courses must review, complete, print, and bring the form at https://forms.gle/1GRAmiCHdquR7gDx9 to the first class meeting. Students must present the form to be considered for enrollment. Seats are held for entering students who enroll through New Student Orientation sessions beginning July 2, 2026. New student restrictions will be lifted on September 15, 2026 at 8 a.m.
The limit applies to the earlier enrollment pass. Dibs still counts this class as one you can take, because it opens up, but on first pass it may not be yours yet. This class is also Art Majors and Juniors and Above and New Transfers Only, which the pass does not lift.

What students say
Dibs measures outcomes: grades, seats, how fast it fills. For what the class is actually like to sit in, BruinWalk has the reviews.
Enrollment over time
A dot is a reading where something moved: the seat count, the status, or the waitlist. The last one is the most recent sweep, moved or not. The line holds flat between dots because that is what the readings say: it did not drift, it held and then jumped. The ticks along the bottom are the hours Dibs recorded reading this section, which is how a flat run says "checked, unchanged" rather than "nobody looked". It only keeps those from 25 August, so the ruler is shorter than the line for now. Both start when Dibs did rather than reaching back before it existed.
