Restrictions read 39 hours ago. Dibs re-reads these slowly because they rarely change; watch the section and it moves to every 6 hours.

Laboratory sections 1A and 1C are limited to junior/senior departmental majors and minors on the priority and first enrollment passes. Laboratory sections 1B and 1D are limited to junior/senior Ecology, Behavior, and Evolution majors on the priority and first enrollment passes. All laboratory sections are limited to departmental majors and minors on the second pass. Any student meeting the requisites may enroll beginning July 1, 2026 at 8 a.m., space permitting. Due to the curriculum of this laboratory course, enrollment will be closed by 3 p.m. on Friday, October 2, 2026. The department does not use PTE numbers. Do not contact the instructors or advising office for a PTE number.

The limit applies to the earlier enrollment pass. Dibs still counts this class as one you can take, because it opens up, but on first pass it may not be yours yet.

Discussions: this is what you enroll in

Enrollment at UCLA acts on the discussion, not the lecture. The lecture's seat count above is the sum across all of them, so it can read open while every discussion you could actually join is full.

No discussion is open. Whatever the lecture reads, there is currently nothing here to enroll in.

What students say

Dibs measures outcomes: grades, seats, how fast it fills. For what the class is actually like to sit in, BruinWalk has the reviews.

Enrollment over time

A dot is a reading where something moved: the seat count, the status, or the waitlist. The last one is the most recent sweep, moved or not. The line holds flat between dots because that is what the readings say: it did not drift, it held and then jumped. The ticks along the bottom are the hours Dibs recorded reading this section, which is how a flat run says "checked, unchanged" rather than "nobody looked". It only keeps those from 25 August, so the ruler is shorter than the line for now. Both start when Dibs did rather than reaching back before it existed.
