From the registrar limited to
Sociology 102 through 191 are limited to Sociology pre-majors and majors on the priority and first enrollment passes. Non-majors may enroll during the second pass, space permitting. Seats are held for entering students who enroll through New Student Orientation sessions beginning July 2, 2026. New student restrictions will be lifted on September 15, 2026 at 8 a.m.
The limit applies to the earlier enrollment pass. Dibs still counts this class as one you can take, because it opens up, but on first pass it may not be yours yet. This class is also New Transfers Only, and Sociology Majors or Premajors, which the pass does not lift.
