You are looking at Winter 2026. That term is over, so these are last term's numbers rather than seats you can take. dibs holds 1,472 sections for Winter 2026, read 6 days ago. Separately, it has finished 195 of the 3,479 courses on its own sweep list for this term. Terms nobody is enrolling in are swept one a night in rotation, so a course with nothing here may simply not have been reached yet. Back to Fall 2026

CLUSTER 2B

Building Climates

This is a year, not a class

Clusters run across three quarters, fall, winter, then the spring seminar, and UCLA counts the credit on completing the yearlong cluster: four GE requirements and the Writing II requirement. Signing up for the first quarter is signing up for the year.

  1. 2A
  2. 2B: you are here
  3. 2CW

Dibs only reads Winter 2026, so the later parts show no sections here: that is this term, not the sequence ending. What you keep if you take only part of a cluster is a question for the Cluster Program, not something these numbers answer.

The registrar's own records: 146 grades over 1 term, Fall 2021 to Fall 2025, summer excluded. Every instructor is pooled here. The table below splits them.

  • A+ 11 · 7.5%
  • A 95 · 65.1%
  • A- 25 · 17.1%
  • B+ 7 · 4.8%
  • B 4 · 2.7%
  • B- 2 · 1.4%
  • C+ 1 · 0.7%
  • C 1 · 0.7%
  • I 1 of 147

Percentages are of the 146 letter grades. Grey bars are non-letter outcomes: incompletes (I). They are excluded from the GPA entirely rather than scored, because counting a P as a 4.0 would be a fabrication.

“Predicted” is shrunk toward the course average, which is itself shrunk toward the department, so an instructor with a handful of students sits near the course mean rather than topping the list.

dibs measures outcomes: grades, seats, how fast a class fills. For what a class is like to sit in, BruinWalk has the reviews.
