Seats are held for entering students who enroll through New Student Orientation sessions beginning July 2, 2026. New student restrictions will be lifted on September 15, 2026 at 8 a.m. Beginning September 15, 2026, interested students may request permission to enroll from the instructor.
The limit lifts into a request, not an open seat: after that date you may ask the instructor, and it is theirs to grant. Dibs still lists the class, but an open count here is not a seat you can simply take.
