You are looking at Fall 2025. That term is over, so these are last term's numbers rather than seats you can take. dibs holds 1,964 sections for Fall 2025, read 8 days ago. Separately, it has finished 527 of the 3,479 courses on its own sweep list for this term. Terms nobody is enrolling in are swept one a night in rotation, so a course with nothing here may simply not have been reached yet. Back to Fall 2026

The registrar's own records: 1,715 grades over 15 terms, Fall 2021 to Fall 2025, summer excluded. Every instructor is pooled here. The table below splits them, and term averages across those 15 terms ran 2.42 to 3.36.

  • A+ 46 · 2.7%
  • A 161 · 9.4%
  • A- 242 · 14.1%
  • B+ 221 · 12.9%
  • B 207 · 12.1%
  • B- 212 · 12.4%
  • C+ 186 · 10.8%
  • C 136 · 7.9%
  • C- 108 · 6.3%
  • D+ 66 · 3.8%
  • D 53 · 3.1%
  • D- 18 · 1.0%
  • F 59 · 3.4%
  • P 3 of 1,863
  • NP 1 of 1,863
  • I 144 of 1,863

Percentages are of the 1,715 letter grades. Grey bars are non-letter outcomes: passes (P), no-passes (NP), and incompletes (I). They are excluded from the GPA entirely rather than scored, because counting a P as a 4.0 would be a fabrication.

By instructor

Predicted GPA, raw average, sample size, terms, A range and the workload reviewers reported for every instructor with a grade record in this course
Instructor Predicted GPA Raw n Terms A range Workload Fall 2025
SUMAN, MICHAEL reviews ↗ 2.67 2.67 1,040 10 23% - not teaching it
SUMAN, MICHAEL WESLEY reviews ↗ 2.63 2.62 495 4 22% - not teaching it
JONES, GABE reviews ↗ 3.31 3.36 180 1 58% - not teaching it

“Predicted” is shrunk toward the course average, which is itself shrunk toward the department, so an instructor with a handful of students sits near the course mean rather than topping the list.

dibs measures outcomes: grades, seats, how fast a class fills. For what a class is like to sit in, BruinWalk has the reviews.
